The company features a 8,000 sqm production plant operational since 2015 located in the Marche region, in San Benedetto del Tronto.
The plant makes use of technological innovation, pays great attention to eco-sustainability and to the safety of the entire production chain, which is also guaranteed by its state-of-the-art clean rooms and the supervision of highly qualified personnel, who scrupulously meet ISO 13485:2016 certified production protocols.
Pure raw material
Phitogen Beauty Labs’ goal is to develop high-end, fully Made in Italy, biocompatible medical devices based on Hyaluronic Acid with a low chance of allergic reactions.
This is possible not only thanks to the high safety standards of the production site, but also to the excellent quality of the raw material.
Phitogen uses only the purest, non-animal Hyaluronic Acid, produced by fermentation from Streptococcus equi, using an innovative extraction process that produces a material with no nucleic acids and residual proteins, guaranteeing maximum safety and quality.
